The uphill race Storehaugen Opp takes place on Ascension Day every year and starts at the intersection of Skulevegen/Sjukehusvegen at 7 meters above sea level. The course is 3.7 km long and has an average incline of nearly 25%, with a steep ascent towards Storehaugen at 908 meters above sea level. Participants will experience varied terrain and many beautiful viewpoints overlooking Lærdal and towards other mountain peaks.
